SHIPPING & RETURNS

Prior to reading the details on the delivery and returns of goods, please be sure to familiarize yourself with §16 and §17 of our Terms of Use and our Sales Policy.

SHIPPING


All our packages will generally be shipped with DHL & Deutsche Post and will be delivered to your requested delivery address. In cases where the deliverer is not able to reach you, you will generally receive a notification telling you that the package was either given to a neighbor of yours or being stored in the closest post office. If any packages are not being fetched in a certain timespan, those packages will be returned to us. Of course this depends on the postal delivery practices of the country in which the delivery is made.

All our DHL packages are insured but if any package itself looks damaged, please make sure that you open it up while the deliverer is present.

If you ordered by paying cash on delivery, DHL / Deutsche Post charges a fee of around 2€ that will not be listed on our invoice because this money is received directly by the delivery company and is not in any way received by us.

Smaller packages might be sent as an oversized letter through the regular mail service.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?


For orders which are payed by either Paypal, Credit Card, direct debit or cash on delivery, your orders will usually be dispatched the same day we receive the order as long as the payment is made before 4 pm Central European Time. If we receive your payment after 4 pm Central European Time, we will send your order the next working day.
If your order is being payed by bank transfer (check/money order), we will send your order on the working day we receive the payment.

Please be aware that even when paying by online banking this may take up to 3 days until the payment arrives in our account.
If you need a quick delivery we recommend you choose a different payment option such as Paypal, Credit Card, direct debit or cash on delivery.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?


Orders sent by us via DHL will include a tracking number that you will receive once the order is dispatched by us. You can use this tracking number to track your package on www.dhl.com.

Orders which are sent with the Italian Post office through regular mail will not have tracking numbers.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?


This basically depends very much upon which country you live in. Below is a list of standard times for various regions. These are listed in working days (not weekend or public holidays). It is also important to keep in mind that random delays can occur at any time, but if your package does not arrive within the given delivery time, please either check your order tracking on www.dhl.com or contact our customer support at:

HOW MUCH SHIPPING COSTS WILL I PAY?


We send most orders with DHL International Package and smaller orders sometimes via the Italian Postal service. All orders are sent from Trezzo sull’Adda, Italy.

Customers from other countries need to pay a different shipment cost based on the country the order is shipped to and the weight of the order.

When you go to your shopping cart you have the possibility to get a quote on your shipping costs based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE ON TIME?


If your package does not arrive within the given delivery time, please either check your order tracking on www.dhl.com (using the tracking number you have received by us) or contact our customer support at:

Orders which are sent with the Italian Post office through regular mail will not have tracking numbers.

WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN AN ORDER?


If you are in any way unsatisfied with any Megalith Games products you have ordered and received from us within the last 14 days, we will be happy to refund or exchange the items once you have returned the product to us.

Before you return a product, please contact our customer services team and let them know of your return, including your customer and order numbers:

Do not forget to inform us either by your email to the customer services team or by a short note included with the return package, whether you want a refund or exchange of the product!

The products should be posted back to us within 14 working days of your receipt of them in the same condition you received them. You will be sending them at your own cost and risk, so we recommend you use a registered delivery service to reduce the risk of the Products failing to arrive.
